STUDENT CHAPTER REGISTRATION

We invite you to start a Refugee Can Be Student Group Chapter to bring into your community, college, or university. As a young person, there are many ways to get involved. By starting a campus Student Group Chapter, you will educate your campus about current human rights issues effecting refugees and help raise critical resources to make our Refugee Can Be Campus for Ugandan girls a reality. Wherever you are located, you can be a critical part of Refugee Can Be’s community engagement, activism, and global impact.

Some examples of actions Student Chapters can take:

Plan a winter holiday concert, iceskating or sledding event, host a day long fit-fest, Yogathon, Zumbathon, resale fashion show, gaming Tournament, trivia Night, author and design a cookbook, smashRoom, Old School Chain Fundraising Letters, Chapter member virtual birthday fundraisers, celebrity fundraisers, organize flashmobs, and more.

Fill out this form to register your Chapter. After registering, we will send you additional resources like a complimentary online course titled, “Beyond Borders: Exploring Forced Migration” to better educate your Group on global refugee policy and resettlement.
